Right Network taps Rentrak for on-demand measurement

US— Newly-launched entertainment-on-demand firm Right Network has signed up to use Rentrak’s audience measurement service, OnDemand Essentials.

The firm will use Rentrak’s technology to count viewers who watch video-on-demand and free-on-demand content through set-top boxes.

Right Network president and COO Kevin McFeeley said: “As we launch Right Network, we recognise as a new offering it is critical to have timely and detailed usage data to understand how viewers are interacting with our programming content and how that consumption will be translated into our ad sales efforts.”
