CEB buys employee insights firm Valtera

US— Executive research and advisory services firm Corporate Executive Board (CEB) has acquired Valtera, an employee insights specialist.
Valtera, which will be renamed CEB Valtera, will merge with CEB’s CLC Genesee survey and analytics team.
CEB said the acquisition will increase its market share in the engagement arena, and will add to its existing employee assessment and selection capabilities.
“In acquiring Valtera, CEB gains a rich data set, powerful analytic capabilities and a group of dedicated, respected industry leaders,” said Tom Monahan, chairman and CEO of CEB.
