US— Two former CEOs of web analytics firm WebSideStory are financing Tealium, a company that has developed a platform through which marketers and web analytics professionals can manage the page tags used for tracking visitor behaviour.
Jeff Lunsford, now CEO of Limelight Networks, and Jim MacIntyre, also formerly of Visual Sciences, are part of a group of investors who have contributed to the San Diego-based company’s $1.1m Series A financing round.
Tealium co-founder Ali Behnam (pictured) said: “We are honoured to receive this financing round and will use the proceeds to expand customer support and fuel further product innovation.”
Customers include Best Buy, Cisco, Hasbro and Yellow Pages.
