Authentic Response adopts RelevantView

US-- Online sample provider Authentic Response has added RelevantView's computer fingerprinting system to its respondent validation process.

The firm says the RelevantID system will add a layer of “independent third-party validity”. It works by checking variables about a computer's hardware and software which are routinely shared online, in order to create a ‘fingerprint' for each individual computer and determine if it is being used to fill in too many surveys.

Authentic Response's Authentic Validation process is provided free to its clients.
