US — YouEye has launched the Experience Analytics Platform, a qualitative data analytics tool.
The platform analyses unstructured and semi-structured data such as focus group videos.
It has five main components: a behaviour metrics module, which identifies user behaviours; a highlights creation component which automatically condenses raw video data into highlight reels; a survey results component, which integrates survey data into video data; a research tasks module, which guides researchers as they analyse results; and a demographic segmentation component, which allows users to combine their dataset with demographic segmentation.
GfK recently announced that it had acquired a stake in YouEye’s business.
