US— OTX Europe boss Ian Wright has been appointed executive vice president of corporate development for Ipsos OTX MediaCT in the US.
Wright will be responsible for identifying and driving partnerships with clients and industry organisations for Ipsos’s media, content and technology research businesses.
He is a former director of Ipsos UK, but left the company to open OTX’s first European office in 2006. Ipsos bought OTX for $71m in January this year.
Ipsos OTX MediaCT president Bruce Friend said: “Ian Wright brings substantial experience and expertise in the world of media research. He understands the challenges that our media and technology clients are facing and how research can connect them to the right opportunities.”
