UserTesting appoints senior execs in US & UK

Zelen (pictured), previously chief operating officer at AppZen, will lead global customer success initiatives and the company’s customer implementation and training programmes. He will be based in the San Francisco headquarters.

Anderson joins UserTesting from Marketo, where he was EMEA president. Based in Edinburgh, he will work with the company’s management to advise on growth, international expansion and corporate partnerships.

UserTesting opened its Edinburgh office and EMEA headquarters in July 2019. The company’s platform provides access to insights for customer experience and user experience researchers.
