UK — Travel company Thomas Cook has appointed its first digital advisory board (DAB) to develop the group’s digital capability.
The DAB will be chaired jointly by Thomas Cook’s CEO Harriet Green and head of digital excellence John Straw, and the pair will be joined by five internal experts and five independent advisers in the digital space, including Tom Wood, a partner at user experience design and insight consultancy Foolproof.
