UK – Customer experience software and services company MaritzCX and customer experience research and consulting firm Temkin Group have announced that Temkin Ratings will now be used within the MaritzCX platform.
The partnership will give MaritzCX customers access to survey templates and allow them to compare their Temkin Ratings index score – based on feedback collected from consumer surveys – against other companies.
Stephan Thun, CEO Europe for MaritzCX, said: “Adding Temkin Ratings to our open platform is one more way of helping customer experience practitioners and business leaders quickly develop results within their CX programmes.”
Temkin Ratings evaluate organisations based on feedback collected over the past six years using a large-scale survey of more than 10,000 consumers across 20 industries.
