Strat7 Researchbods launches AI chatbot

The chatbot will use AI to engage survey participants in interactive conversations with aims to create a more immersive and personalised survey experience in the hope of gaining verbatim responses.

Features include conversational AI, support in 20 languages, targeted questioning aimed at specific segments of respondents or parts of the survey and targeting options.
