In his new book, The Conversation Manager, Steven Van Belleghem of InSites Consulting describes how marketers need to adapt to new roles in order to keep connecting with consumers.
As businesses get used to observing, facilitating and participating in conversations with their customers, market research will also need to reinvent itself, Van Belleghem says, in order to continue providing useful information.
