US – Survey sampling and data company SSI has set up a new loyalty rewards partnership with casino entertainment company, Caesars Entertainment.
Called Say and Play, this free online survey community offers Caesars’ 50m Total Rewards members the chance to earn Reward Credits by participating in surveys.
The Reward Credits will go straight into member’s Total Rewards accounts and can be redeemed against hotels, casino play, dining, show tickets and shopping in Caesars Entertainment hotels and resorts.
Michael Marino, senior vice-president and chief experience officer for Caesars Entertainment, said: “As more hospitality loyalty programmes evolve in terms of their redemption options, Caesars’ Total Rewards programme wants to ensure members have access to easy and innovative ways to earn Reward Credits.”
