US — The hotel loyalty programme Wyndham Rewards has joined the e-Rewards Opinion Panel in a partnership with Research Now.
As a result, members of the hotel loyalty programme can gain points towards their rewards programme by completing brief online surveys.
Wyndham Rewards is the world’s largest hotel loyalty programme with more than 7,000 participating hotels across 50 countries. Mike Mueller, vice-president of loyalty, marketing and partnerships at Wyndham Hotel Group said the company wanted to make its programme as rewarding as possible for members and to allow them to earn points even at times when they may not have a trip planned for many months.
Heather White, vice-president of partner relations at Research Now (pictured) said: “By enabling Wyndham Rewards members to collect points for completing surveys through the e-Rewards Opinion Panel, we provide our market research clients with the opportunity to survey a highly engaged and targeted group of consumer and business travellers in the US and Canada.”
