UK – Strategic research and planning consultancy Strat7 Incite has formally integrated Strat7 Rainmakers into its business as of this week, following the acquisition of Rainmakers by Strat7 last year.

The integration finalises a process of bringing the senior team and staff at Rainmakers CSI into Strat7 Incite and alignment of processes and branding following the acquisition in 2023.

Strat7 said the integration will help Incite expand and strengthen its presence globally, as well as offering Rainmakers’ highly experienced consultancy services to existing Incite clients.

Rainmakers provides research and consultancy services to blue chip business-to-business and business-to-consumer clients in sectors including financial services, fast-moving consumer goods, healthcare and media and entertainment. More than half of its work is based in the US.

Strat7 Incite is a consumer and commercial insight firm that was acquired by Strat7 for around £18m in 2021 and is headquartered in London, with offices in New York, Chicago and San Francisco.

Lizzie Eckardt (pictured left), managing director at Strat7 Incite, said: “We are thrilled to welcome the talented team from Rainmakers into the business.

“Their commitment to providing highly commercial results for clients coupled with their experienced consultancy team make them a natural fit. Having been collaborating closely with them over the last six months, they are a joy to work with, adding value to our collective teams and clients.”

Sarah Buckle (pictured right), head of Rainmakers, added: “We have already been made to feel so welcome and we are delighted to officially become part of the Incite team. By joining forces, we can enhance our capabilities and offer even greater value to our clients across diverse industries and sectors.

“This integration strengthens our position as a leading strategic partner for our clients, especially with the opportunity to leverage the broader group capabilities within Strat7.”
