US— Questar, which provides data collection and processing services for research, is to include text analytics from Clarabridge in its customer experience measurement programmes.
The firm, which provides survey research services to retailers and restaurants, will use Clarabridge’s technology to analyse online feedback forms, call centre notes, emails, receipt-based surveys and social media data.
Sid Banerjee (pictured), CEO of Clarabridge, said the combination of the two firms’ offerings would bring “an extremely accurate translation of the voice of the customer”.
