US— Healthcare market research and insight agency Adelphi Worldwide, part of Omnicom’s Diversified Agency Services group, has taken a stake in German healthcare communications agency Face to Face.
Adelphi said that the deal would increase its global and local market presence, while Face to Face would benefit from extended services in the areas of market research and strategic communications.
Face to Face founder Gerd Wirtz (pictured) said: “The new partnership offers an exceptional service approach. The combination of methodological expertise and knowledge in strategic live communication in combination with integrated communications and international reach.”
Adelphi CEO Stuart Cooper said his firm had invested in a “singularly creative and innovative company”.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
