UK — eDigitalResearch has been appointed as global research partners for the new retailing organisation IORMA, the International Omni Retailing Members Association.
IORMA has been setup to provide global and regional knowledge for members across the globe on all matters relating to the growing world of omni-channel retailing: described in a Guardian article as “a mix of all the different ways people like to shop, blended together but all saying the same things – in store, on the web, through mobile, TV and social media”.
The partnership will also see Chris Russell, joint CEO at eDigitalResearch, sit on both the executive and advisory board of IORMA, helping to inform omni-retailing strategy and shaping the future of the industry.
John Andrews, IORMA Chairman & CEO, said: “The partnership with eDigitalResearch adds an extremely powerful dimension; that of consumer insight. Consumer insight is an increasingly dominant factor in the sale of goods and services to consumers.”
