UK— Opinium Research has partnered with technology firm Roundpoint to develop a new mobile research platform, Opinium Mobile.
The platform allows the firm to capture real-time information from respondents, who can answer surveys via SMS or WAP/mobile web streams. Opinium said that results can be delivered back to clients within four hours.
Managing director James Endersby said: “With mobile phones now a life essential, mobile research has come of age, giving us the ability to extract real time insight while consumers are on the move and in the moment.”
