UK — MESH Experience has offered a series of seminars for retail banking and insurance executives to help make experience data more accessible to the sector.
In partnership with Cranfield School of Management, the company ran a day of interactive sessions to help create an experience-driven proposition to bring real-time experience tracking to the retail banking and insurance industries.
The day included input from professors of strategic marketing at Cranfield on how real-time experience data from cross industries can shape new metrics for marketing teams in an experience-based economy.
“I hope that what today proved is how our experience-driven approach can be applied to key industry challenges such as rebuilding trust and how to optimise sponsorship activities including measuring the ROI,” said Julian Green, global client experience director at MESH Experience (pictured).
