US— Mall Networks has signed up to use Unica’s NetInsight OnDemand analytics software to report and analyse web visitor behaviour.
The company runs an online ‘mall’ where site visitors can collect and redeem loyalty points from various retailers. Mall Networks plans to integrate the data produced by Unica’s software with customer transaction information to provide insights about customers in various loyalty programs.
Marc Caltabianco, vice president of marketing and products at Mall Networks, said: “Through a deeper understanding of consumer shopping behaviour, we can deliver a highly targeted, personalised and optimised shopping user experience.”
