UK— Macdonald Hotels & Resorts has signed up to use BDRC Continental’s VenueVerdict and Meetings Benchmark Tracker programmes, which will give the chain insight into the effectiveness of its enquiry handling techniques and feedback on its meetings and conference facilities.
The Meetings Benchmark Tracker will also benchmark feedback about Macdonald’s meetings and conference facilities against those of competitors in the sector.
