US – Market research tech and survey programming company, Jibunu, has launched a video response capturing tool so researchers can collect user-generated qualitative feedback at quantitative scale.
Jibunu Video Responses can be used as a standalone video capturing tool or in conjunction with a traditional online survey. The tool is accessed through a web browser and survey respondents can record video responses to questions using their phone, tablet, laptop or PC.
Ken Berry, Jibunu president, said: “Video response is just another example of us incorporating technologies or techniques into our surveys that most would rely on a third party to get done. Rather than needing to add multiple resources to satisfy a client’s need, it can all be done under the Jibunu umbrella.”
