US — Management consultancy Infinitive has acquired Convergent Domains, a Virginia-based agency offering business intelligence, data warehousing and IT services.
Infinitive said that the deal would allow its clients to generate more value from their data assets by making use of Convergent Domains’ business intelligence and data management offerings.
Denis McFarlane (pictured), CEO at Infinitive, said:”The Convergent Domains team is an excellent fit with Infinitive and strengthens our Big Data and Business Intelligence solutions.”
Convergent was formed in 1987 and its clients include “high-performance enterprises” in the financial services, retail, telecoms and defence sectors.
