US— Former Hewlett Packard insights manager Nancy Bray has been appointed research director in the technology practice at InfoGroup-owned ORC.
Bray was previously marketing program manager for Hewlett Packard’s worldwide consumer insights group. In her new role she will be based at ORC’s San Francisco office.
ORC president Gerard Miodus said: “Nancy brings a great mix of both client side and research agency experience to ORC.
“Her track record in successfully using customer feedback to drive strategy combined with her passion for the customer and her proven ability to deliver superior research results makes her a valuable asset to ORC and our clients.”
