UK— Mystery shopping and customer satisfaction agency Grass Roots has announced three promotions and added one new member of staff.
Account manager Kieran Thomas (pictured) has been promoted to commercial relations manager after spending three years with the firm and looking after mystery shopping programmes for clients including ASDA and Santander.
Joining the firm in the role of project director is Fiona Wilson, who joins from Retail Eyes and previously had a spell with customer satisfaction evaluation agency Retail Active. She will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and will lead a team of account managers.
The firm has also promoted Libby Clark and Henry Nash to project managers, where they will support account managers in the relationship management teams.
Jamie Thorpe, head of commercial relations at Grass Roots, said: “It’s great to be able to strengthen our team by bringing in new people and offering personal development opportunities to existing colleagues. We merged our learning and measurement teams earlier this year and these appointments will help us to offer an integrated approach to our clients.”
