UK – Holland & Barrett has appointed Georgie White as director of customer experience and insight.
White will be based in London and Nuneaton in her new role. She currently sits on the Market Research Society’s senior client council.
Before accepting the role at Holland & Barrett, White spent the last four years building and leading BT’s insight function, having established an insight centre of excellence at the company.
Prior to joining BT, White was director of marketing, customer and insights at Centrica, and previously had roles at British Gas, Capital One and Merrill Lynch.
BT has started recruitment looking for White’s successor. In the meantime, Alison Bannister will be stepping up to lead the team on an interim basis.
Harvey Bennett, customer managing director at Holland & Barrett, said: “We are excited that Georgie is joining our team, where she will be ensuring that we put the customer at the heart of everything we do.”
