PR firm taps online conversation analysis system in Asia Pacific
SINGAPORE— Public relations firm Edelman has announced a partnership with online researcher Brandtology to analyse what is being said about brands online.
Edelman will use Brandtology’s multilingual Digital Conversation Management System, which is designed to produce locally tuned measures of reputation based on analysis of online content.
Under the agreement the two firms will develop joint intellectual property, collaborate on marketing efforts and train Edelman consultants in the use of Brandtology’s system.
The two firms already work together in Singapore, and the new partnership will begin in Australia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore and Taiwan, with plans to expand to India, Japan and Korea later this year.
