US— Advertising ROI measurement agency TRA has appointed Bob Meyers as president and to the newly created role of chief operating officer.
Meyers has spent the past six months sitting on the firm’s advisory board and has held senior roles at NBC Universal, Playboy Enterprises and Viacom during his 30-year career in the entertainment industry.
In his new role Meyers will focus on growing and reinforcing the firm’s relationships with broadcast and cable TV networks.
The firm’s co-founder, chairman and CEO Mark Lieberman said: “Bob’s overall understanding about the media business combined with his unique knowledge about TRA from serving on our advisory board makes him a tremendous asset to the company as we move into our next stage of growth.”
Lieberman’s co-founder, Bill Harvey, had been in the role of president but will now act as vice chairman and chief research officer.
