UK – Data science technology company Black Swan Data has announced that Pam Roberts has become chief people officer and Allen Atwell, chief technology officer.
Both have been based at Black Swan’s London headquarters for several months and will oversee teams and offices internationally.
Roberts (pictured) was previously in New York where she worked at ecommerce platform, Spring. She has more than 12 years’ experience in human resources.
Atwell was previously chief technology officer at MessageLabs, and has also worked at Mi-Pay, Third Space Learning, Trader.com and Oracle.com. He will oversee the development of Black Swan’s data science tools.
Steve King, co-founder and CEO of Black Swan, said: “As Black Swan enters its next phase of growth and as we expand our operations and client base, making sure that we have the right people looking after our technology and our team has been a vital step.”
