BELGIUM— Online advertising trade bodies, the European Interactive Advertising Association (EIAA) and the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) Europe, have merged under the IAB Europe banner.
IAB Europe president and CEO Alain Heureux leads the merged organisation, with EIAA executive director Alison Fennah becoming vice president of research and marketing, with a remit to expand the trade body’s work in both areas.
Legacy research, including the EIAA’s Mediascope Europe and the Marketers’ Internet Ad Barometer and IAB Europe’s AdEx advertising spend report and the MCDC usage and attitudes study, will continue.
