AUSTRALIA — Business intelligence consultancy InfoReady has appointed James Forbes as head of its marketing intelligence division.
Forbes joins from Telstra Advertising Network where he was general manager of marketing & category management.
His appointment is part of InfoReady’s push into marketing intelligence and the new division has been launched to capitalise on how digital channels have changed the way organisations interact with customers.
“With InfoReady’s deep technical expertise across the full spectrum of information management, big data and data intelligence, coupled with my extensive experience across brand and digital marketing, we can play a unique role in helping our clients leverage their big data to differentiate themselves in the market,” said Forbes.
