How Covid-19 has reset the insight function
The market research sector has been at the heart of Covid-19. Not just in terms of reporting on the fast moving impact of the pandemic on consumers; client organisations and agencies have also been very much impacted by the economic and public health implications. The MRS Delphi group set out to examine the issues that Covid-19 has created for the research industry, talking to a range of key decision makers, including Vodaphone, eBay and BT.
