Forsta hires chief product officer

Bhuta (pictured) was previously chief product officer at Signify Health, and has previously worked for companies including Athenahealth, EMC, NaviNet and Phoenix Data Systems.

At Forsta, Bhuta will oversee the company’s product development in areas such as customer experience insights, voice of the customer, voice of the employee, enterprise feedback management, qualitative and quantitative research, and data visualisation.

Forsta was formed earlier this year following the merger of customer experience company Confirmit and research tech business FocusVision.

Kyle Ferguson, chief executive of Forsta, said: “Brian’s vision, leadership and energy will be instrumental in continuing to move the company forward.”
