The Sound Research promotes McLintock

UK — The Sound Research has promoted James McLintock to the post of research director. He was previously associate director.

Reporting to Ian Pierpoint, the agency’s president, McLintock (pictured) is now in charge of beverage, consumer goods, media and fashion retail categories. Prior to joining The Sound Research he led a marketing effectiveness research wing at Crowd DNA, where he was an associate director.

Founded in 2007, The Sound Research is a strategic international research and branding consultancy that helps brands that target youth audiences. Its headquarters are in Vancouver and has offices in Toronto, Chicago, New York and London.
