SOUTH AFRICA— The South African Advertising Research Foundation (Saarf) has appointed MMAP director Clare O’Neil as its first female chairman.
O’Neil, co-owner of the outdoor advertising services firm, (pictured) replaces Sarel du Plessis, who has been in the role since 2007.
