Digital Technology International buys IO Intelligence

US— Audience engagement agency Digital Technology International (DTI) has acquired business intelligence and analytics firm IO Intelligence.

IO Intelligence has worked as one of DTI’s business partners for the past seven years and will now be integrated into the company and rebranded as DTI InSight.The firm will remain at its headquarters in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

DTI said that the deal would provide its clients within the publishing industry with “more timely and accurate” information. DTI president Dan Paulus (pictured) said: “The acquisition of IO Intelligence extends our business analytics product strategy. Our customers are increasingly using management dashboards and applying business intelligence and analytics tools to improve their business performance. IO Intelligence adds strategic expertise and a fast growing revenue source to DTI.”

Paulus’ company is headquarted in Salt Lake City and has offices in Australia, Brazil, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Panama and the UK. It provides digital audience engagement, revenue expansion and cost performance services to clients in the news industry.
