“The 20 Words And Phrases That Will Get You The Most Retweets”: can you guess what goes viral on Twitter? That’s right, it’s….talking about Twitter. Or social media in general.
A salutary reminder, this link, of what a relatively juvenile tool Twitter is - as self-obsessed in toto as its critics claim individual users are, and representative mostly of itself. (I still love it, of course - I just don’t trust it.)
Though if you are pimping your material on Twitter, you’ll be heartened to see “blog post” on the most-retweeted list. And remember, even when you’ve only got 140 characters, it never hurts to say “please”.
