Let me tell you what I think


Well written and put together our perspectives best. And it needs to work both ways. Clients need to give credit and remunerate us well too, when our insights are applied, and a product succeeds. It seems to be a one way .... and only blame being apportioned - easy to do when less than one out of ten campaigns or products in the market succeed. Take the IPA and Effie awards, and research is used to validate the results, and practically all great creative strategies are based on research findings. Finally it is what you do with research.
