RC chooses Confirmit's SaaS survey platform

RC will use Confirmit’s software to conduct online and CATi-based quant research. The firm said that the ability to switch between phone and online during an interview was an important, as was the ability to implement it on as SaaS, eliminating any additional investment in hardware.
