Canadian panel services firm to provide software for agency's research communities
UK-- Canadian panel company Vision Critical is to provide the software for Synovate's new community panels.
Synovate plans to set up and manage online research communities for specific clients, with software, hosting and technical support from Vision Critical. The firm said that community panels are “the fastest growing area of market research”.
Adrian Chedore, global CEO of Synovate, said the partnership will offer clients a way to engage with customers and potential customers “in an interactive, ongoing and in-depth manner”.
The agreement will give Synovate access to Vision Critical's Sparq research software and Fusion shopping simulation platform.
