US — Kelsey Vaughn has joined Ipsos Media CT as senior vice president.
In her new role, she will primarily be responsible for the management of key projects with Microsoft.
Vaughn joins from Apigee, where she was director of Customer Experience Measurement. Prior to that she spent 13 years at Microsoft.
