UPDATE: Ex-NOP chief reveals more details of new venture

Simon Chadwick joined by former Roper Starch boss in setting up new management consultancy.

Former NOP World CEO, Simon Chadwick has announced that Jay Wilson, ex-chairman and CEO of Roper Starch Worldwide, has joined him in setting up a new management consultancy business in the US.

Research exclusively revealed Chadwick's departure from NOP and his new venture back in May, however at the time he refused to say whether other high-profile researchers were involved with the business.

Wilson is credited with building Roper Starch's revenues from $2m to $80m. The company is now part of the NOP World group.

Chadwick and Wilson's business has been named Cambiar and offers a range of consulting services, including strategic planning, product and idea development, and management coaching.

"Its main focus is the management of change," said Chadwick. "Change today is a constant in our business lives, whether we run a small start-up or a large multinational."

Cambiar will be based in Fairfield, Connecticut and Phoenix, Arizona.
