Trendscope brings TravelSat tourism survey to Germany

GERMANY— Research agency Trendscope is to provide the TravelSat Competitive Index in Germany under a partnership with Belgian tourism researcher TCI.

TravelSat is a global customer satisfaction benchmarking system, monitoring satisfaction and quality in more than 100 countries, regions and cities by means of visitor surveys. Subscribers get results through a web-based reporting tool.

Olivier Henry-Biabaud, CEO of TCI Research, said: “German regions and towns of all sizes can benefit greatly from benchmarking internationally, as competition with European neighbours, as well as with destinations further afield, becomes ever more intensive.”

Cologne-based Trendscope specialises in researching tourism, sport and logistics.
