UK — Digital intelligence specialist Webtrends has unveiled a new tool called Streams that offers marketers real-time visitor data across all online sources to help them target customers as they navigate the web.
The tool offers configurable live streams of real-time online customer activities which marketers can then use to enhance optimisation, segmentation and targeting efforts.
It has been beta tested in Europe and the US by online retailers including Asos, whose head of customer intelligence, David Williams, said: “Webtrends Streams has helped us bring our data to life in a way not previously possible.Through engaging visualisations, our staff are now able to appreciate the global scale of our business in real time and we’re excited about the customer facing opportunities this unlocks.”
