O2 Media picks Publiceye for online research

Technology UK

UK— O2 Media, the marketing arm of broadband and mobile phone network O2, has appointed Publiceye as its online survey provider.

One of Publiceye’s first tasks will be an online and mobile-based research project to gauge the effectiveness of the O2 More location-based messaging service, which is used to run targeted campaigns for advertisers by pushing exclusive offers at customers.

The Publiceye platform will also be used to run a variety of customer surveys, internal promotions and competitions.

O2 Media’s head of planning Charlie Hunter-Schyff (pictured) said: “Publiceye’s survey platform allows us to build our own bespoke, fully branded surveys for mobile and online. Having this kind of flexibility and control over the surveys we send out will be invaluable.”
