Consumer Consulting buy adds new capabilities to technology consulting firm
US-- Technology consulting firm Tech Global Partners has acquired consumer insight specialists Consumer Consulting for an undisclosed sum.
Consumer Consulting's founders, Peter Franczak and Anthony Latona, who launched the firm in 2000, will be given senior management roles at Tech Global.
The acquisition adds business strategy, performance improvement and consumer intelligence and insight services to the Tech Global offering.
Consumer Consulting works predominantly with retailers and consumer goods companies, while Tech Global provides technical services, software assessment and consulting to technology companies and their end users in the retail and hospitality industries.
