TAM Media kicks off sports research
INDIA-- TAM Media Research has launched a new sports sponsorship measurement service, TAM Sports.
The service is designed to produce more measurable and accountable data for sports advertisers, broadcasters and marketers.
LV Krishnan, TAM Media Research CEO, said: “Whether it involves understanding the viewing dynamics of the common man, advertising trends, brand placement platforms and their individual effectiveness and advertising to enhance brand exposure, every bit will be examined, stored and answered for current and future reference for the industry.”
TAM Sports will offer four services: Serve, Bull's Eye, Goal and Third Umpire. Serve is aimed at TV broadcasters and will focus on analysing audience exposure of different sports, Bull's Eye will help advertisers judge their brand's fit with different sports, Goal will help sports associations market their sport and profile the people watching it and Third Umpire will keep an eye out for copyright violations.
The service will cover a range of sports including cricket, football, Formula 1, rugby, basketball, boxing and wrestling.
