Survey looks at impact of insight and EFM

Hypatia Research seeks to identify the best ways to turn EFM and customer insight into profit

US-- Massachusetts-based Hypatia Research is inviting companies to take part in a survey to identify how enterprise feedback management (EFM) and customer insight initiatives can best be used to improve profitability.

The survey will look at the use of EFM to gather feedback from customers and employees, assessing the processes and expertise that set the best performers apart.

It will examine how organisations capture, manage, analyse and apply customer intelligence, and the benefits realised by those who succeed.
