Starcom merges research operations
US-- Media agency Starcom USA has merged its research operations into a new division to be led by John Lowell.
The new research and analytics arm combines the two operations which previously operated separately, and is aimed at creating “new, client-specific research initiatives through a disciplined discovery process”.
John Lowell will lead the division as vice president and director of research and analytics. He was previously vice president and director of captivation.
Starcom CEO John Muszynski said: “The goal is that our research and analytics team will do for human experience what a good search engine does for the internet: to act as a portal that will help us find what we need in a growing universe of available knowledge.”
