Spectra Intelligence bought by URCH

UK-- Healthcare and pharmaceutical market information publisher URCH Publishing has acquired Spectra Intelligence for an undisclosed amount.

Spectra specialises in publishing syndicated pharmaceutical market research reports and will continue to operate under its own name in the short term, URCH CEO Edwin Bailey told Research.

He said no decision had been made about Spectra's longer-term future and whether it would be integrated into URCH or operate as a stand-alone business.

Bailey said: “This acquisition allows us to expand our portfolio of research-driven healthcare market reports in the disease and therapeutic sectors, which will complement our current list of market trend reports.”
